Please read these promotion rules carefully. These promotion rules (“rules”) explain your rights and duties in connection with this promotion. If you take part in this promotion or accept any giveaway, these rules will apply to you, and you agree that the Promoter can assume that you have read and have agreed to be legally bound to these promotion rules.

1. Introduction

Supa Quick (Pty) Ltd is running a 2023 Promotion. Adopt a cat, dog or bunny from any registered adoption agency and WhatsApp proof of your adoption and a picture of you and your new pet to Supa Quick (067 969 5771). Supa Quick will then arrange for a refund of your adoption fees up to R1000. You will also receive a Supa Quick pet hamper. This applies to the first 150 (one hundred and fifty) people to enter only.

2. Definitions

2.1 “Participant” means the person who adopts a cat, dog or bunny from a registered adoption shelter and sends proof to Supa Quick.
2.2 Promoter” means Supa Quick (Pty) Ltd or its agencies used to promote this promotion.

3. How this promotion works

3.1 The first 150 (one hundred and fifty) customers that adopts a cat, dog or bunny from a registered rescue shelter will qualify for a refund of adoption fees (up to R1,000) and a Supa Quick pet hamper.
3.2 WhatsApp proof of your adoption and a picture of you and your new cat, dog or bunny to 067 969 5771 to qualify for the promotion.
3.3 Participants may not adopt a cat, dog or bunny from any breeder. In order to qualify, the participant must adopt from a registered animal shelter.

4. Duration

4.1 The promotion will commence on 30 January 2023 and close on 31 March 2023 or once the first 150 (one hundred and fifty) participants have been reached.

5.3 Qualifying participants will be required to collect their gift hamper from their closest Supa Quick store.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
You agree to indemnify the Promoter fully for any loss or damage the Promoter may suffer because you breached the promotion rules.
Under this entire clause “indemnify” means you agree to reimburse the Promoter for the following: any loss or damage they suffer, any expenses and costs they paid or are responsible for. 

Legal costs mean costs on an attorney and own client scale.

You also agree to indemnify the Promoter for any loss or damage you suffered because you took part in this promotion or used the giveaway. If you use or accept the giveaway, you understand that you do so of your own free will. This means that you cannot hold the Promoter legally responsible for any loss or damage or legal expenses you suffered because you took part in this promotion or used the giveaway. 

You furthermore agree to indemnify the Promoter fully for any loss, damage, claim, or injury that may occur because of the use of the giveaway or your inability to use the giveaway for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, injury, loss, death, or financial damages caused to any person other than yourself. 

You therefore agree that you cannot hold the Promoter legally responsible for any loss or damage or legal expenses or medical expenses you suffered caused because you used the giveaway.

You will protect the Promoter from being held legally responsible for the loss or damage or legal expenses of another person (legal or natural) if such loss or damage or expense was incurred because:

• You breached the promotion rules;
• You took part in this promotion; and/or
• You or any person used a giveaway.
